These terms govern your use of the Botaryx website and purchases of Botaryx devices and accessories. Where applicable, local consumer laws apply in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Use devices in accordance with instructions and local laws.
• Do not attempt unsafe modifications or misuse.
• Respect others’ privacy when using devices with sensors.

Orders & payment

When you submit an order request, we will confirm availability and next steps. Prices shown on the site are in SGD unless stated otherwise and may be updated from time to time. Any applicable taxes or fees will be noted at checkout or in the invoice.

Shipping

Devices typically ship from Singapore. Delivery estimates vary by location and will be communicated during order confirmation.

Device warranty

Devices include a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a reasonable period. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. Remedies may include repair or replacement at our discretion as permitted by law.

Refund policy

• Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery for eligible items in like-new condition with original accessories and packaging.
• Process: Contact us at orders@botaryx.com with your order reference to initiate a return authorisation.
• Exceptions: Used consumables, custom configurations, and items with missing parts may not be eligible.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless required by law.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botaryx is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the site or devices. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest version.
